Our Members are founders, freelancers, and creatives with a mission. Business women and business travelers from many industries. Some of us are returning and are in our third or fourth careers. We purposefully design the life and career we need to develop and flourish. We are connectors, philanthropists, community advocates, and much more.

Our Lexington location serves as a comfortable alternative to the office or home. With Black women in mind, we purposefully designed our space and amenities. Access to workstations, meeting spaces, and our Members lounge are all included in Membership, along with a variety of programs, social events, and amenities catered to your needs.

A membership at The Black Phoenix Co allows you access to a community of strong, engaged, and varied professional women at our office in Lexington as well as on our website and mobile app. Members can choose from a wide variety of events, programs, and content. Opportunities for mentoring and coaching, as well as specialized community groups, will be available.
